Studied Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and studied Pharmacy and Biochemistry, and Chemistry at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia with specialization in Intellectual Property Law and Regulatory Affairs in Latin America in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Cosmetics Sector.

She worked in the Quality Control Unit at the Research Laboratories of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and was part of research projects with the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Tecnológica (CONCYTEC). She also worked at Merck Pharmaceutical Company in Regulatory Affairs. In addition, she worked at Estudio Muñiz in Health Regulation advising companies in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Food and Beverage Industry; and at Estudio Colmenares and the Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (INDECOPI) in Intellectual Property. She participated in the Volunteer Program of the OARS of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, carrying out legal strategies, preparing legal reports and administrative and judicial briefs for cases sponsored by the OARS.

She has taken courses in Sanitary Regulation of Medicines in Europe, Good Pharmacovigilance and Technovigilance Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Storage Practices (GSP), Good Distribution and Transport Practices (GDPyT), Qualification and Validation, Biotechnology in Biological Products and Vaccines; and different specialization courses in Legal Sanitary Regulation. Also, with specialization courses in Intellectual Property and Patents.

Throughout her training as a professional, she has developed communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, decision-making capacity, strategic vision and good teamwork performance with a focus on achieving objectives and goals. She is passionate about demanding environments and challenging projects.
