• The customs authority, in exercise of its control power, has implemented the administrative procedure of border measures for the protection of copyrights and related rights and trademark rights when it is presumed that a merchandise, destined to the import regime for consumption and/or definitive export, infringes industrial property rights previously registered. This registration must be renewed annually within the first 30 days of each year. Non-renewal determines the expiration of the registration.
